Return Policy

Customers have the right to return their order (or parts of it) within the following time limit 14 days after receipt without the need to justify the reason, as long as the article remains factory sealing. Certain exceptions apply.

The return period expires 14 days after the date you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) receive the product. On orders that include multiple products with different delivery times, the return period expires 14 days after receipt of the last product.

Customers are solely responsible for any diminution in the value of the product caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to evaluate its functionality or condition. In addition, any promotional items included with the order must also be returned. Failure to return these items will result in a deduction of their retail value from the refund.

Alternatively, customers can use the withdrawal form provided to process their return. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return has been pre-approved by our support team.

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for refund:

• Products with the original seal opened.
• Products returned outside the 14-day period.

Reimbursement Process

Once the return request has been approved and the product has been received, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If a product is returned without prior notification, shipping costs will not be refunded. We may request a tracking code as proof of return before processing the refund.
